This page is for users of the XpertARC – Bank Auction Property Android app (package com.xpertarc.app), developed by Navodayan Proptech Pvt. Ltd., and the xpertarc.com website. It explains how to permanently delete your account and all data associated with it.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to [email protected] from the email address you used to sign up.
- Use the subject line: “Delete my XpertARC account”.
- In the body, include the last 4 digits of your registered phone number (for verification) and confirm that you understand this action is permanent.
- We will email you a confirmation link within 2 business days. Click the link within 7 days to confirm; otherwise the request expires and you will need to start again.
- Once confirmed, your account and associated data are deleted within 30 days.
What data we delete
- Profile information (name, email, phone, address, profile picture).
- Saved searches, favourites, and search history.
- Property inquiry records and bid-form download history.
- Push-notification preferences and device tokens.
- KYC documents and identity details (subject to legal retention — see below).
What we retain (and why)
- KYC records and identity documents — retained for the period required under PMLA (Prevention of Money Laundering Act) and RBI guidelines, currently 5 years from the end of business relationship.
- Transaction or bid records linked to a completed bank auction — retained as long as required under SARFAESI / DRT proceedings or as required by the participating bank.
- Aggregated, de-identified analytics — retained indefinitely (cannot be linked back to you).
- Records required by court order or regulatory request — retained for the duration legally required.

After deletion
After deletion, your account cannot be recovered. If you want to use XpertARC again, you’ll need to create a new account. Any saved properties, alerts, and KYC information will be permanently lost.
