XpertARC operates a platform for verified bank auction property listings in India, available via xpertarc.com and the XpertARC Android app (com.xpertarc.app). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our site or app, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

• Contact details you submit, such as name, phone number, and email address.
• Postal address — when provided for KYC, asset inspection, or property correspondence.
• Approximate and precise location — to surface auction properties near you and for delivery-area checks. You can deny location permission; the app falls back to PIN-code search.
• Photos — profile pictures and identity-document photos (PAN, Aadhaar) uploaded for KYC.
• Property interest and inquiry details, including search preferences and selected listings.
• KYC documents and identity details when you request asset inspection or support.
• In-app activity — search history, saved searches, properties saved to favourites, listings viewed, bid-form requests, and other in-app actions used to personalize results and send relevant alerts.
• Usage data, device information, and cookies for analytics, security, and performance.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide access to listings, filters, and personalized search results.
• Coordinate inspection requests and share details with banks or authorized intermediaries.
• Communicate about auction timelines, updates, and support.
• Personalization and notifications — match listings to your saved searches, send alerts when matching auctions are listed, and notify you of EMD deadlines.
• Improve site performance, security, and product features.

Sharing and Disclosure

We share information only when required to fulfill your request or comply with law. This includes banks, authorized sellers, and service providers such as hosting, analytics, and communication tools. We do not sell personal data.

We may share KYC documents and identity details with the bank, ARC, or NBFC conducting the auction you choose to participate in. We never share your data for advertising purposes.

Data Retention

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law and regulatory obligations.

Security

Data transmitted between the XpertARC app and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS (HTTPS). We apply additional administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data at rest. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your XpertARC account and all associated data at any time. Visit https://xpertarc.com/account-deletion for the full process and timeline, or email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my XpertARC account”. We delete account data within 30 days of receiving a verified request, except for records we are required to retain by law (KYC documentation under PMLA / RBI rules and transaction records under SARFAESI proceedings, retained for the period required by the applicable regulation).

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable law. You may also opt out of promotional communications at any time.

You may turn off location and notification permissions in your device settings at any time. Some features (location-based search, alerts) won’t work without these permissions.
