We are looking for a highly capable, result-oriented, and growth-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who can lead the company at scale, strengthen operational discipline, accelerate business growth, and build a high-performance sales and execution culture.
Position Summary
The CEO will be responsible for overall business leadership, revenue growth, team performance, strategic expansion, operational excellence, and corporate governance. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing large sales teams, driving property sales and recovery businesses, handling organizational targets, and building scalable business systems. The role demands a leader who can combine vision, execution, compliance, sales leadership, and institutional maturity to take XpertARC to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Leadership & Growth
- Lead the overall business strategy and execution for XpertARC.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, market expansion, and long-term business value.
- Identify and build new business verticals, partnerships, and institutional opportunities.
- Develop and execute growth plans in property sales, NPA recovery, distressed assets, and allied financial services.
- Create strong business systems to support aggressive scale-up and sustainable growth.
2. Sales Leadership
- Lead, manage, and inspire large sales teams with proven experience in handling 200+ sales professionals.
- Establish clear sales targets, performance benchmarks, accountability systems, and reporting structures.
- Build a strong performance-driven sales culture across in-house and field teams.
- Monitor sales funnel, closures, productivity, conversion ratios, and team-level efficiency.
- Develop leadership depth within the sales organization.
3. Property Sales & NPA Recovery
- Drive strategy and execution in property sale, distressed asset disposal, and NPA recovery-related business operations.
- Strengthen relationships with banks, NBFCs, ARCs, financial institutions, and other strategic stakeholders.
- Understand large-ticket real estate transactions, investor/buyer behavior, and structured disposal mechanisms.
- Support the organization in scaling recovery-linked property monetization opportunities.
4. SME / Capital Market Readiness
- Bring strategic understanding and execution capability in scaling SMEs toward structured growth and SME IPO readiness.
- Guide the company in process maturity, governance, financial discipline, and growth planning required for institutional scale.
- Work closely with promoters and leadership on long-term expansion roadmap.
5. Operations, Systems & Governance
- Strengthen organization-wide processes, systems, controls, and management reporting.
- Build discipline in execution, review mechanisms, productivity tracking, and decision-making.
- Ensure alignment between strategy, operations, compliance, and team performance.
- Drive data-backed management systems and measurable operational outcomes.
6. Compliance & Institutional Maturity
- Oversee business governance, risk management, and operational compliance.
- Experience in NBFC operations / compliance will be a strong added advantage.
- Ensure that the company grows with professional structure, accountability, and regulatory awareness.
- Work toward institutionalizing the business for future scale and corporate readiness.
7. Team Building & Leadership Development
- Build and mentor senior leadership team and second line of management.
- Create a culture of ownership, discipline, speed, and accountability.
- Attract, retain, and develop high-quality talent across the organization.
- Act as a mature leader who can align people, process, and performance.
Candidate Profile
Required Experience
- Proven experience in leading and managing 200+ member sales teams.
- Strong background in property sales, real estate transactions, distressed asset sales, or NPA recovery-related business.
- Demonstrated ability to handle aggressive targets and large-scale business growth.
- Experience in building and managing structured business operations.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and execution capability.
- Ability to work closely with promoters and drive organization-wide transformation.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in handling SME growth journey toward SME IPO.
- Experience with NBFC operations and compliance will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to institutional sales, financial services, recovery ecosystem, or related sectors.
- Strong experience in dealing with banks, NBFCs, ARCs, financial stakeholders, and large business teams.
Educational Qualification
- IIT / IIM background preferred.
- Candidates from other top-tier institutions with exceptional relevant experience may also be considered.
