Process of transferring the Registration Certificate to the auction buyer’s name at the RTO.
Vehicle auction buyers must transfer the RC at the local RTO within 30 days. Documents: sale certificate, bank NOC, Form 29/30, valid insurance, PUC, and pollution clearance. Older vehicles (>15 years in some states) may be ineligible for re-registration.
